Here is a clever little game played by Paul Morphy and Duke Carl in Paris, 1858. Here, they played the Philidor Defence: General where Morphy plays 10. Nxb5! sacrificing his Knight for a series of attacks on Black's King. Finally, 16. Qb8+ Nxb8 cleared the d file for White's Rook to mate Black's King; incredible!
