Ferocious Files

I am currently reading a book titled "The Art of Planning in Chess" and this is the very first game. It is where Alixei Shirov suffers a catastrophe as he chooses a plan that would have been excellent in a closed position, but it fails as there is an open file in the centre. With his oppenent P.Wells having a moment of genius on move 9 QxF4 proves shirovs error.

I am continuing to read this book and do reccoment it, it has detailed move by move lists and shows exactly why they have moved and what to look out for.
