Fischer vs. Korchnoi!

In this game, Robert Fischer launched a deadly King-side attack through 28. Nxh3. This allowed his Bishop to wreak havoc on White's King and this left Viktor Korchnoi defenceless! Fischer took advantage of this with a quick Knight-Bishop swap. Here, Korchnoi resigned, knowing that 32. Qh4+ was coming. This game is another example of Fischer's dominance on the board. They began the game with the King's Indian Defence: Orthodox Variation and ended with Fischer's attacks.

I like how this game follows the common rules of "When the position is closed, play in the wings." Korchnoi is the centerpiece (along with Karpov) of Kasparov's on My Great Predecessors V, which I bought not too long ago. I just finished Furman - Korchnoi, great game. Next is Filip - Korchnoi.
