Let's Play and be Happy

Hi people i joined this site because i wanted to play chess; but it seem's some people avoid playing just so they can win by running their apponent out of time, i don't understand this, why join a chess site ; if you don't want to play!!!!!!! I love playing the game and to lose by fair means is a learning experience for me, Let's all play and be happy; and to hell with winning. LOL Deej from OZ XXX
