A player's most common opening move is by moving the pawn in front of the king (queen as well sometimes).This way the player could free the bishop on the king's side and his queen.He could move his knight free anytime.This is also the quickest way he could  do castling .

    HUM... What happens if I move my knight and fianchetto my Bishop? Could I also castle in the same four moves?
