The Art of Sacrifice

Submitted by kenytiger on Sat, 05/03/2008 at 12:41pm.

Here is a game for you sacrifice lovers to enjoy. White makes one sacrifice after another to have the enemy King exactly where he wants him. Notice the brilliant 19.Bg6+, a move combined with confident and bad intentions, after which, Black can pretty much resign. In the final position Black is three pieces up alright, but his King can no longer be around.

White sacrificed almost complete set and checkmate Black. Here begins the chessmaster. And Przepiorka? He was executed by nazi. And he could dazzle us after decades. Thanks for presentation 'kenytiger'.
