Tarrasch Lost a Piece in Germany

Dear ladies and gents,

The first formal test of the Dragon system was in Germany, 1887Embarassed  Tarrasch lost a whole piece there!

The knight exchange is completely wrong. It gives black too much space, then he ignores simple threats. He deserved to lose.

    Didn't get it too.

    Seamed like an amateur's blunder. Tarrasch migth be drunk, I guess...

    What if 12...cxb5, he loses a whole piece too.  Undecided???

I'm glad to see Tarrasch lost.  He was a very dogmatic player, and really mean to my hero, Aron Nimzowitsch.
