The Scandinavian Defense is playable for Black.

i play scandi sometimes to rustle up the opponent, and i dont like the sicilian

I can only say I HOPE that it is not a winning defence, because that would refute 1.e4 alltogether! 

Anyway, against the Scandi my new fashion is 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.c4(!).

The symbol is (!) for the surprise not because I'd think it is any stronger.
