King's Indian Defense, Classical Variation

The King's Indian Defense is one of my favorite defenses to d4. There are many ways to play it but I usually choose the all out kingside attack with absolutely no regard for the queenside.  In this lesson you will learn how to play with and against the Classical Veriation of the King's Indian Defense.     How are you supposed to meet the Samisch? i.e. f3, g4, h4 for White. What if White attacks the Kingside?
