Offering Free Analysis!

Hello everyone! I am starting analysis for amatuer games! Send me the PGN, and the game will be analyzed on my blog! Games I find particularly instructive will be featured in a chess video!

Here is a written analysis example: http://blog.chess.com/ChristianSoldier007/game-analysis-51112

Here is a Video example (it's not very good, I can't draw arrows here and i messed up some notation, but its my first video and I got stage fright! :P but seriously, I will have arrows in future videos and I will make sure my annotation is correct!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jloV8hz_xCw&feature=youtu.be

Since its not a full length game, I could do a shorty on it

    Hi CristianSoldier007,

Is this short (but cool) game worthy of your analysis? It's instructive because of the way my opponent fell for the trap, and because it was over so quickly.

@Wulf the Fritz GUI is really good for the board, the screen recording software Hypercam is great. Just google it, its free to download. The only drawback with Fritz is that arrows require holding alt and using right click, I may switch to ICC, if I didnt like Fritz so much

I hope you don't mind the slightly irrelevant question, but what programs did you need to make the video? I mean, the chessboard and arrow-drawing program, as well as the video-making one. I think they're both pretty neat.

I think this one is quite instructive for lower rated players. If you decide to analyze this one, I recommend you take an extra good look at the moves starting with 12. ... b5, it's a critical moment in the game :)

I said in my comments that I was preparing Qe5 on 18, but I actually started on 15.  One might be able to argue that I started on 12, but subconciously, but I don't think so.  12. Bh3 was in hopes Black would leave their knight on g4, expecting a fair exchange, but then 13. Qxg4 wouldn't have been.  Exchanging the Bishop was to bring the queen out, though.  Either way, I was bringing the queen into the game.

It seems I thought much further ahead than my opponent.  15. Qxg5 makes it seem like he was just looking at that turn, but that doesn't seem like someone higher rated than I. If they played h6, I was going to play 16. Nxe4 Bxe4 17. Qxg4, attacking the Bishop and g7.  If they didn't play 17... Bxg2 18. Kxg2, I would have taken the Maybe I should have made this an alternate sequence.  If you need me to I can re-submit the game with it.

Any ways, I'm sure you don't need me telling you what I was thinking.  I just said it in case it helps with the analysis.

ok Clavier I don't have time tonight but your game will be featured in the video! I'll make it tommorow! :) thanks for the game looking forward to reviewing it

I thought I'd submit this since my opponent did a lot of smack talk and ended up losing.  He was also rated 100 more than I.  I won 2/2, this is the second.
