Ahh gotcha.  Did you check out the 'Tactics' blog too?  Just because I said they are easier, don't think there aren't some beautiful and instructive problems that are really close to the level of these.  They are certainly worth a look as well.

The blog titled 'Tactics' is full of nice puzzles that are easier, but not much, than these.  Why don't you give those a shot before you try finishing these.  Most of the puzzles here are from the 2300-2400 range of TT.  The 'Tactics' blog is more like 2100-2200.

hardcore. i solved the first 10 after 30 minutes of intense concentration and gave up when i was only halfway through. good puzzles, classic and beautiful.

maybe another day i will do the other half.

Thanks Bruce!  I just find a few along the way that are so beautiful that I feel like I must share.  I have a few from my own games I am going to check out and submit.  See if they make the cut!

The 8 minute puzzle?? Or the Dark Square bishop puzzle?   The 8 minute one was really tough, great job if it was that one.  If it was the Dark Square bishop one, that one is really instructive right?
