My favourite puzzle

I would like to share with you my favourite chess puzzle. It is black to move and mate in a few moves (the number of moves depends on how white would reply). Anyway there is no chance for white in this position. When I first faced this puzzle I couldn't solve it without a hint. Perhaps you'll manage to do so. I hope you see that it is only white queen who protects against mate.

Yes, you are right. It is not a forced mate, athough black will win the white queen anyway, I think. However if the white rook will continue chasing the black queen (as it is going to be in your variation, if I am not mistaken) all over the board black will eventually be forced to take the rook and white will save the queen.

There's a nice logic to the idea, but it isn't a forced mate.  White doesn't have to acquiesce in Black's plan.  He doesn't have to take the Knight or even the Bishop, so although Black is winning there isn't an immediate mate.
