US Amateur Team East Round 4

On Board 2, I once again find myself playing way up.  A lot of teams used the strategy of loading up on Boards 1 and 2. Looks like we found two of them.

In this game, I found myself facing the Gruenfeld line in the English.  I thought I handled the opening OK but found myself concerned about pressure on the e file around move 12. Later, I misjudged the situation on the Kingside and was quickly crushed because of weak light squares there.

I wish I'd taken the game deeper than this.

No team can have an average rating over 2199.  There are individuals, including several GMs in the event with ratings well above that.
