I have contacted the tech support here on numerous occaisions via email and i have not heard nothing back. the problem is getting worse i cant even post comments now or play games online.

i have asked once again and if i dont hear back or the problem is not solved then i will have to leave chess.com as there is no point staying as i cant play games
