Rook vs Bishop puzzle

I resently played a game where I had a bishop against a rook and I just made a blunder (49...Kb4-a3). Can you find why my move was so bad :P

    That line isn't forced as black can play 3...Ka5

    I don't think so.  Rh4 Ba5 Ra4 Ka6 Ra1 Ka7 (forced) RxB game over.

    3.Rh4 Ka5 and then it's simply a draw.

    Doesn't 3.Rh4 also work?  (In the first one)
