Ingmar Bergman's awesome film The Seventh Seal features a medieval Knight (circa 1480?) returning home from the crusades, who somehow manages to play a game of chess with The Grim Reaper in order to distract him from claiming a few morevictims the Knight is trying to save. Although this famous scene from the movie doesn't have anything to do with the following game, I added it here for those of you who equate every game of chess with life and death!
