Top game, the lesson to learn is don't waste time. castling on move 7 to prepare the e5 or f5 break is better...the immediate d3 wasn't necessary even though it looked like a natural move opening up the diagonal for my bishop. Kh1 is also a waste of time as there are no threats of a check from the opposing Bishop or Queen...be more aggressive with your time...otherwise you will let your opponent have time to make the aggressions that could have been avoided. Second game with two pawns ahead, trading Queens going to an endgame was the way to go. When ahead, simplify. By not trading it allowed for a tactical shot that turned the game around for my opponent. Also be aware of any counterplay by your opponent before making a move, in this case moving the rook instead of trading queens.
