If you did press it twice,then it would give you two games.

It would of given you it on the 5th move because that was when another person accepted you game request.

i was playing live chess -tuffelman vs eddysallin-on 5th move game was intrerupted,and then anew board appeared and i was giving a lost....no mate or resigning involved.....what's going on?

No, but everytime my opponent's time to reply his time added and my time decreases,one time i have a game that is very unfair for me because i really i knew i will that 10min. game his running out of time but when his is zero i lost the game because our time switches and shock and after that my next game also happen everytime my opponent's turn his time added and angry for that. how can i contact the staff of this website? tell me how? or just let them see my complaint here in an easy way.and can you explain to why this happen, i wan detailed answer if you can explain clearly. is it possible that happens because of slow internet connection or everytime i visit another websites while i am waiting to my opponent's reply and my time decreases because of internet interruption that happened to me but now i don't experience this unfair game that our time switches.please tell what to do if this happens again and how i will know he cheat? and advance thank you,

That isn't possibe,Are you playing a game that adds time every time you move? Cause if you aren't your opponent is probally cheating or there is a glitch.If you are having further problems and you suspect something,then,I think you should contact the staff members of this website...
