Restart Correspondence Chess?

[AS OF THE 28TH OF JUNE, THIS IDEA HAS TURNED OUT TO BE AN EPIC FAIL]

[I HAVE RESIGNED ALL MY GAMES AGAIN]

I'm having a HARD time deciding now, whether to start again with the correspondence chess games.

I think I have improved a lot since the day I decided to quit it, so I think I am going to give it a try, but with longer games.

If I think it is again hindering my out-of-the-computer life, I won't mind stopping again.

And I think it'll help me in OTB as well.

So I have decided to start again with longer time controls (over 5 or 7 days a move probably) and keep the games to less than 10 or 15.

You are allowed to challenge :)

If I decline or don't respond, PLEASE don't mind. It means I'm getting overdosed.

The important thing is that we should not take this seriously. (unless you want to be a professional chess player) play chess if you enjoy... else stop for a while.... and play for winning and improving..

Just play exclusively 14 days/move for a while, and see how you stand.

SP, I think it won't hurt to just start a few games with long time controls; you'll only have to get online for a few minutes every week or so. It shouldn't harm your out-of-computer-life too much (unless you start playing live chess and get addicted and play for 3 hours straight like I do, lol.) Laughing You can challenge me if you want a game, any time control besides 1 or 2 is fine.
