I suggest 22...nc3+ 23.Bxc3 Rxc1+ 24.Rxc1 Qxc4 for black, ...though 25. Rd8! (seals black's fate with an active passed pawn on e-file, and threatening the b-pawn, after ...Kf7 26.Rd7+, forced else, if Rxd8, then Qxc4. Although, positionally, by move 22, it is hard to confirm black gets out unharmed.

      By contrast, move 23. by black was bad and the suggested Rc8, instead, is the saving line, with mating net tactics...

     It might be helpful if you were to add actual variations to the diagram along with the annotated comments.
