Olympic Special (July)

Well here we are, about one week / 7 days away from the opening ceremony in LONDON.

I as an englishman cannot wait for the torch to be lit at the new stadium in London, there are great expectations for all hopefuls in all the events. If you have a favorite event or dicipline please let me know in the comments section.

Also this month I have been attempting some tactics with the tactics trainer on here, which you can keep an eye on.

I'm struggling in my day to day matches, so if you could leave me some advice to how you got to where you are now, maybe we should play some unrated games against each other.

I hope that this issue of my monthly blogs has been well worth the wait, and I hope to see some of you in the black and white jungle.

Great, I get back from chess camp Friday night ET, just in time for the ceremony: 100 random small countries with 1-5 athletes, followed by USA with 9000 competitors (sucks to be at the very end of the alphabet :P) and then England :P

Soccer!!! Best sport in the Olympics. Followed by synchronized skinny dipping (not yet a sport, But I'm lobbying for it!)
