"@ greco's m8: I simply don't get 4 f5?"
Without an escape square, Black will be mated in 1 (Qh7 or Qh8). 4.f6 blocks in Black's own Queen, so 4.f5 is more logical since it also allows 3 pieces to use the f6 square. It Black's only reply to extend the game a few more moves.
"How can I get a download?"
I'm not sure there's a way to download, but if you click on the bottom left corner of each board on the button "FEN/PGN," the pgn with the fen position appears and can be copied and pasted into notepad and saved as a pgn, or pasted into winboard or any other application that allows it, and saved in that manner.
