Time Pressure Stalemate

There should be a name for a player below the level of patzer--maybe putzer?  I just played a game yesterday in which I promoted a pawn with 2.7 seconds to go, but instead of using my own advice an promoting to a rook for the mating, I chose a queen and stalemated my opponent.  Bad, bad boy!!!
