It's not like you can always plan it that way.  I seem to easily beat people up to a certain rating, and then it gets much tougher, so my best win is 2108, but my rating is above that.

I would like to Improve my chess skills what is th most effective method should I play people that are rated higher or or practice and get use to people at my own rating.
