1800 uscf needs help getting higher rating

Hi, acorrding to solitar chess in chess life I scored in 1800 and my chess teacher who is 2000 strength said that I am 1800 strength and should be able to get my blitz ranking up to 1800 on chess.com. The biggest problem I have is winning and falling for a cheap tatic.I also would like to know if you have a uscf rating what is your blitz rating on chess.com.I would greatly appericate advice to not fall for cheap tricks and tatics. and what your uscf rating compared to your blitz rating on chess.com.
