Iphone 3 - technical problem

I have been having viewing chess.com videos on my Iphone (3); it starts well enough but then loses the picture, leaving only the audio.

Is this just me, or a shared problem??

    Hi David,

    Shared problem. I was having the same problem regardless of connection quality and only just saw your blog so perhaps it's a bit late to reply now but I found a solution:

    Log out of the chess.com app.

    Turn off (shut down) the iPhone.

    Re-start the iPhone

    Log back in to the chess.com app.

    Unfortunately audio but no video is actually normal for when a member is on a bad connection or the connection isn't strong at the time of viewing the videos
