Instructive Inquisition

Very recently, I played a fascinating game at the chess club. The chess opening called the Ruy Lopez is often reffered to as the "Spanish Torture" with the player of the white pieces usually doing the torturing. Hence several members of our club call it the "Inquisition", going as far as naming a team after the esteemed opening. I was a part of that team and I hear that team may return to wreak havoc on the chess scene. The Inquisition happens to be one of my favorite openings. I feel that the following game emphasizes several key ideas in the Spanish torture and is quite instructive:
