Chess.com TV is back

It's been a long time, we shouldn't have left you, without a dope show to step to...

But the good news is we should finally be back. Tonight, I will try to get chess.com TV back off the ground, with a late-night broadcast of Your Games Analyzed.

We'll start it between 11 pm and 12am pacific, depending on when I get home from work. I'll post an updated time if possible right before I leave. Fingers crossed for the next 11 hours that the technical problems are temporarily behind us. If all goes well, we'll launch two new weekly shows that we have prepared next week. Sorry for the wait!

In other news, we still need more registrants for the chess.com University course "King's Gambit Ideas for the Intermediate Player," which will teach you to play the opening phase much much better. Info here: http://www.chess.com/news/chesscom-universitys-first-course-3342

See you all soon on chess.com TV!

i'm doing chess tv thursday. Danny's teaching a chess camp this week, on top of his normal work, but he'll be on very soon. i will probably also do 1 or 2 shows this weekend. Danny and i both really like chess.com/tv, so even when our time is too taxed to produce lots of video lessons or articles or chess mentor, we'll be maintaining weekly programs. :-)

    "Your games Analyzed EP . 2 {PROCASTER} Thu Sep 10 2009

That video can't even play for me, don't know why. It pauses everywhere for me, not sure if it's my internet connection. It has problems from the 1st second, and takes around  1 minute to get to the 12 seconds.

i'm not aware of such problems with the 2009 shows. i remember watching them and it being ok?

Another thing I found, the video Quality has improved so much, last night when David Pruess did us his weekly show, the quality was SO much better, there was no bumps in the connection, smooth broadcast, and not bad quality in the webcam. A lot of other shows I have watched on Chess.com TV there is a huge amounts of bumps everywhere, I thought it might have been my Internet connection, but I am on unlimited so it never runs out, although that does not make it the fastest. I can't even watch a lot of the old shows recorded, as it just pauses all the time, on the Chess.com video lessons it is so smooth, the connection is just GREAT! maybe the TV videos can be uploaded there? I'm not sure if other's have huge problems watching the 2009 shows, and early 2010. I think it's because there was some difficulties with broadcasting the shows live.
