Getting notification of blog comments

My first chess.com blog received several comments, but I did not receive any e-mail notification of them. I have this alerts setting enabled in my profile:

COMMENTS: new comments on any of my content or content I am tracking

Am I missing something here? If comment notification doesn't work, then that really limits the usefulness of blog.chess.com as a blogging platform.

    Alan,

    I already have that setting checked. And yet I did not receive notification of your comment. If you hadn't mentioned it to me by private e-mail, I never would have known.

    Just receiving alerts doesn't mean they automatically go to your email.  You also have to have the Email setting:

    EMAIL SETTINGS

    [  ]  Also send alerts to my email address.
    (In most cases, you will only receive 1 email per login.)
