A nice little theoretical win against a 'CM'. I've made a few notes.
I remember playing similar stuff (as White) against a Russian CM, rated about 2280. That time there were no Avrukh books available, so I had to make it up OTB! I failed to find 15. Ne1!, however, and soon found myself in a losing position. Fortunately for me, he blundered subsequently, and I went on to win the endgame :)
9...Nfd7 might be an improvement, making b3 more difficult.
