Unfair "fair play policy".

I have been "sanctioned" or penalised for allegedly "not following" your Fair Play Policy. The ONLY reason I can think of for this situation is that I have lost MANY games in circumstances that may seem lilke I have "abandoned" the games. This is NOT so. I have a faulty landline phone connection that results in my internet connection being interrupted when my homephone rings. It´s a situation beyond my control, which I WILL rectify soon. But I feel I am being penalised UNFAIRLY.

    I have experienced several times that people just leave a live game after making several blunders. That is so lame and I like that they are being penalized. 

    However, if it is technically possible to prove that one gets internet disconnected rather that one does it it self then it would be optimal to differantiate between those two scenarios. However I do not belive it is possible for Chess.com?!

    Your "Fair Play Policy" needs some work. Every time I go to play I have to wait 5 minutes, which if I was playing "unfairly" this would not be a problem. But the only thing being done is, I will play a game against an opponent, after the game is finished the opponent leaves the game. Which forces me to click "find new game" which takes me from the game and matches me to a new opponent. So why is it giving me 5 minute penalty for "aborting" games! PLEASE! FIX! THIS! Yell

    I can only play games with a 5 minute break between cause I started to play 3 min live chess and often have no time left. It seems to be against the fair play policy to lose.

    Me too. The server keeps aborting games even tho I move immediately if I am white
