Does this also mean there's a way to use chess programs like Thief, XBoard, BabasChess, Jin or CClient to play live chess.com games?   Personally I like the way it can be simply done from the browser here but just wondering because there's a number of command line orders to type on those types of engines.

    @ mohadmed-mokhetar:

thank you for the pleasant wishes.  i am considered retired so i like to draw out my games as long as possible.  it gives me pleasure to try and find beautiful mating combinations on my own.  one day i hope to achieve the abilities to always be able to express myself creatively on the board since my real life is safe.

If I was the lone king, I would still play it out anyways.  I love chess!!hehe  If it means that my game will be that many more plays added to my record, then so be it!!hehe  Thanks.  This is just my personal happy point of view.

@ NKT73 this depend on two things first: type of the game if you play

Bullet or bilitz or standard game

and  the character positions of the game

second The level of your opponent

from thos two things if you can Take the decision to resign or not to resign

what about if you have only  king against king +pawn +knight ???? what do you think in this position ???? good luck thanks to Refers to this point maybe iam wrong but this my opinion :P good luck

I do not think you should ever resign.  I have just played all of my games out to the end and like twice I ended up stalemating when I should have lost!

Could we get a "/boom headshot" that wipes the pieces off board in humorous anger and resigns?

Highlight the text, copy it and paste in a message/e-mail to yourself and there ya go Laughing

Or if you have MS-Word/Office, you can put it in a word document and save it that way  Cool

      That's what I did  Smile
