No more draws by agreement before move 25...

I institued a new rule at my club that I feel is necessary and should be standard for USCF rated play: 

A game cannot be drawn BY AGREEMENT prior to the completion of Black's 25th move. During that period, a draw must result from stalemate, threefold repetition, or insufficient mating material.

Interestingly, some feel that draws by agreement should be banned completely, but that's too far in the other direction in my view.
