Well its amazing its already been a year since i joined this awsome site and alot has changed in this time i have been here, such as live chess and extra features and even payed memberships were introduced which is cool as it would cost alot to maintain this standard 24/7 i rekon.

My chess has had plenty of ups and downs, great wins and terrible losses hahaha. I had the best actual win (not time out) at 1935 so far which should have been higher but the bugger lost a couple of games before getting to me hahaha. Anyway i also had by far the worse loss at 1400 who was 1300 something till he beat me wow that was a shocker i tell you which i didnt repeat again hahaha. I had a fantastic purple patch of 44 won games in a row that saw me reach for the first time the 2000+ rating level (2051) at its peak. and then got smashed down to earth all the way to (1656) which recorded my worsed losing streak of 11 in a row. But it has gotton farly stable now at 1800 -1900+ average and occasionaly breaking the 2000+ margin. So all in all a very interesting year with lots of great games and some fantastic friends from other countries. This truly is the best place in my opinion for playing chess and most anything chess related. I have gained so much from this site already and have learned some good lesson but by far the best one so far is:- Dont think just because someone is alot higher u cant win, in my case i had trouble believing i could be past 2000+ level stably if i had more self belief and i could beat most anyone if the right situation came, which i had trouble believing i could with the  2000+ level so now im playing the stronger players with this new found understanding and putting it to the test hahaha. Thanks Erik and Team for all your efforts in making this web site so user friendly and fun.....
