Life Of Jesus Lesson 3: Homeless Man

He had a home and lots of treasur.

But yet He gave it all up for us.

He was and is God , but became man.

He had a home, but became homeless so we may find a home.

The fate of the world rest in the hands of a Homeless Man.

Man can't  own Him.

So they tried to get rid of Him.

For man does not like what they can't have.

But a Hero is not afraid to give is life.

With His death, we found life.

A Hero is not afraid to give His Life.

Thank you for reminding me of that point gentlewarrior, because  2 Corinthians 8:9 says," For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through his poverty might be rich.

Freddy said >> Thanks for your poem. God is always teaching us, He is vast, I need to keep an open mind."

I find interesting that you said nothing about "the money" or Jesus being rich. Do you agree with that too sir?

I agree mcwelch, Jesus was a 100% God, and 100% Man, and while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.The thing is, He had to become a human being, because God can't die. He is Sovereign, Eternal Life, All Powerful.,and Immutabilty, that,s just some of His character, but the point is,God couldn,t die if He wanted to.

I know, for this  poem is a figure of speech to show God great love for us ,and what He gave up to come to earth to die for our sins.

    Make any sense now?

No, gold is simply a symbolism of the glory of God; it doen't mean that heaven is made out of gold.

You took this excerpt from the book of Revelations, which by the way, it is the most symbolical book out of the entire bible.

I wrote to try to show the Love of God.

No man would give up all He had to be with a girl.

But Jesus was not just man but full'ly God.

No, I'm not Mormon  but He was and is today God Creator of all things and a men't treasures, for the Bible says Heaven is  made of Gold.

And realy it is not suposed to please man.

Pardon for saying this, and I don't mean to be rude, but where did you get this excerpt? It looks like it came from a Mormon site. The ghastly portray of the Son of Man, who by the way was 100% Jewish, is simply out of place. Lastly, Jesus, God the Son never had a lot of money. Actually, He was the poorest of the poor, besides money has nothing whatsoever to do with the purpose why the Son of God was manifested...

    Take care, Money Mouth
