After I take a long break from chess, its siren call always seems to come out and reach me. No matter what my other intersts are, chess seems to sneak inside them and use them against me. Also, great chess players of the past seem to be aroudn every corner and conspire to drag me back to the game. Terms, Hypermoderism, Classical, Cneter, Tactics...all seem to shade double meanings.

It is a unfair battle! I cannot resist!
