Training methodically needs hardwork but is really enjoyable. If you want to improve your chess game, you need to train methodically. 

      Many of chess-players still struggle with the same problems. It is just frustating to train someone who is not motivated as it is to meet someone with a burning interest who does not receive a proper training. So our training must be chapter-by-chapter first, so that you get a grip on my perspective on training. 

     The suggestion in this blog is how to train my own experiences as a starting point. So if you want a training, you must not emphasize the training that should be seen as a fixed formula. Instead, everyone must find his own method of training so that the impelling drive to play does not get lost.
