I don't get it. For every comment, you get points? What do they do?
Their purpose? Perhaps to allow anyone to have a "glimpse" of a member's social activity. For example, I can see that both you and Maroon5fan are sociable people. That's good! I don't have as many points as you because I've been here for too little time, but I hope to...
No problem. I was basically just paraphrasing what one of the staff members said once in the forums.
If you post in the forums, you'd get a lot more responses... Points are simply a basic measure of a person's activity level. The more times they've posted, the more points they have, so the more points someone has, the more they've contributed to the site by posting. Points don't do anything; there's nothing you can "buy" or do with them.
Can someone tell me what is there purpose?
