Today i played 5 min live game with "ajaynz " the game was about to finish in 20sec dont know twice an interruption occured and "ajaynz " time was doubled. how is this possible help me i lost my winning game

happened to me many times. there was a time when I took my opponent's queen by my rook then suddenly my rook just place itself infront of the queen to be taken instead. Instead of winning I lost the game. Very frustrating.
i guess this happened to many of us please respond..
