Easy Tsumeshogi Problem for Beginners - #062

The diagram shows a three-move tsume(checkmate) problem. It's your turn. You have a Rook in hand.  Please think about where is the best square to drop your Rook to checkmate the King as the first move. The answer will be found in the comment.

    The answer line is like this ; R*3a K-1b R-2a+(mate)

    Dropping the Rook from a distance is a good move to make it possible to get promoted in the next move.

    Instead of R*3a, R*2a will be not successful since there is no effective check after the King escapes to 1b.
