Vote Chess Leaderboard

Just wondering whether Vote Chess leaderboard points should be separate for games played over 1 move per day or more and shorter ones where it is less than one move per day.. the reason is that I could see so many timed out games with 10 minutes per move etc.. The ratings of winning teams are surely not comparable with ones that are hard fought over weeks.. Some teams are specially playing a lot of shorter versions while some prefer more than one day per move to encourage better team participation.. Any opinions on this or is the site doing something to account for this..

I publish the Vote Chess Elo Rankings every couple months in the forums on this group:

    http://www.chess.com/groups/home/vote-chess-elo-rankings

Everyone is welcome to join and check out the ratings.

I know this is a very old post, but I've just noticed it and wanted to let anyone else that happens to find it know about the group.

Why no official ELO rating rather than 5 points per win that does not consider quality of opposition.?

    Hmmm...

I have participated in a 10 minute match, it actually feels more to the tune of blitz. So since the Blitz rating of individual players is handled separately, I think it would be reasonable to think that it should be the same for the teams. Since a lot of co ordination is required.
