This "Impossible" Checkmate contradicts what many, many chess books say:

"You can only checkmate with two knights if you are in the corner and your opponent blunders."

It is possible.

 

 

You can do it on the side of the board; however, your opponent must still blunder.

One move checkmate on the puzzle.
