I would always accept the pawn and won when against kings gambit - but never accept queens gambit

the fischer defence is quite good but it  still leaves white with a better position in my opinion. However it is very good in 1 minute games, at least the way one of my friends plays it on a certain other website, where he has beaten 2200+ with it.

Why not seen at master level, what's the problem.

I dont see any problem in White's development usually and there an advantage of a central pawn for a side pawn which is good for white also. The main line of it is also very intresting. This is the game of paul morphy against bird, of kings gambit. I really liked this game.

I thought King's gambit usually brought out kings knight on the second move and usually the4 kings bishop on the 3rd??

I know a very strange continuation of Kings Gambit

(this is not normal Muzio-Poleiro) where you sacrifice bishop and a knight for 2 pawns... but it is not as stupid as it looks... you can try it with a computer :D
