 I've been playing Chess for about 3 years now and I practice an average of 2 to 3 hours everyday... And I feel that I need a couch to help me to improve my skills on this wonderfull game, can you help me ?

Just for you to have an idea my rating at the moment is over 1500 but most of the points that I got were due to timeouts from my oponents, and I wish to have more victories but because I checkmate the other guy and not by timeout...

 I normally use openings like the Kings Gambit, or Evans Gambit and recently I've been trying the Nimzo-Indian Fischer Variation which I find quite interesting but I don't know what do you think ?

kkaytee, can't you afford R210 for a professional lesson? Then I would suggest you read free online tutorials. To ask for a free lesson from someone that has to put effort in to it is a bit audacius.

I look for my student's mistakes and improve what is possible, I show the best openings, of course middlegame and endgame ( I wrote 2 books on it - you can see more info about it on my website - www.yelenadembo.com) and strategy with tactics. I give very good and useful homeworks, depending on what we saw during the lesson. Basically all chess!

Poor people without money needing help... I might check out that program of yours eventually, I'm sure an hour of time could be very worthwhile. It is an extremely good opportunity to improve my game, thanks for posting that link. Great job being such a good chess player so young!

 I'm a mid 1500 player -so not too great - I know the basics of positional play and strategy but seem to have hit a wall in improving my game! I play club level in SA. I don't know how these things work but could seriously use some help. Would you be willing to help me improve?
