There are lots of pgn readers including here at chess.com downloads.  You can get SCID or chessbase lite for free.  There are dozens of free pgn readers, or just open it up in wordpad or notepad and play through the games.  I have ChessBase, Chess Assistant, Fritz, and others that read and convert pgn, but they are not so free.
