  Should be a simple zip file.  You should have a program to open a .zip extension to get the .cbh or chessbase format.  Windows Explorer opens it up on Windows 7.  Pkzip or other utilities that open .zip compressed files should work.   Programs such as CBLight (free) can read the positions.
