Sorry to disagree but this book is not for all level. I would suggest its for strong intermediate or higher leveler players. I found the book difficult to read and understand when I first attempted to read it. Over the years, I have pick it up hoping not to get disappointed in attempt to learn something from it.

I learned basic strategic with this book. It is one of the classic on the subject. Maybe there are  more new books on strategic, but this one will not dissatisfied you.
