In my opinion, this is the gold standard for serious tournament chess players.  It is very solid (its metal), and very simple looking (which I like).  In the description it says its hard to use, but I dont really agree with that.  There are only 3 buttons as you can see, and its not too complicated to figure out how to set it up.  I used to coach kids aged 5-14, and they all knew how to use these clocks.

The best chess clock I've ever used. What features make this clock the best? Large high contrast display makes reading the clock easy on the eyes. Easy to press buttons with tactile and audible response so there's no doubt  you've pressed them. Sturdy, this clock can not be tipped over, rocked, or otherwise displaced making it great for blitz chess and time scrambles.

The only complaint is that it is complicated to set, but everyone who uses it for a short while learns how to navigate the menu driven system quickly. Foregoing this clock because it's hard to set is like riding a bike your whole life becuase driving a car is hard to learn, you'd be a fool!

I think the chess clocks they use in world championship blitz are better because they don't have buttons, they have the long things and they don't even have to aim or look at the clock to hit it. They just hit it. Easier to use. And on this one you have to aim. Plus the price is a little rocky. 3/5
