I purchased this clock about a year ago in Berkley.  I love it!  Easy to use, and not a pain to lug around(light and relatively small).

This was my first electronic chess clock.  It was inadequate.

The battery life was unacceptable.

I am certain it did NOT have a delay.   This was a real problem in some tournaments where the delay clock was preferred over a non-delay clock.

It would be especially problematic in time trouble now, since the USCF has changed the rule regarding insufficient losing chances.

I traded it in for a Chronos (read my review on that clock).
