Byes: 1 Half Point Bye available any round. Rounds 4&5 must declare before start of Round 3.
Time Control: 30/90 + SD1 (2 day Round 1 G90)
Entry Fee: $59 on or before August 12. $75 after August 12 or on site.
Free Entry: USCF 2200 or higher. Free entries deduct $59 from winnings.

From Charlotte:
